Work with Me

Individual counselling for women who are feeling overwhelmed, overextended, and are ready for something to change.

You might be someone who others rely on—at work, at home, or in your relationships.

You’re capable, thoughtful, and used to handling things. But lately, it feels like too much.

You may find yourself:

  • Constantly thinking about what needs to be done or managed

  • Feeling responsible for other people’s emotions or wellbeing

  • Struggling to set boundaries, even when you know you need them

  • Feeling exhausted, irritable, or disconnected from yourself

  • Wondering why things feel harder than they “should”

If this resonates, you’re not alone—and this is the kind of work I’m especially drawn to.

Counselling with me is collaborative, steady, and focused on helping you understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

We’ll look at:

  • How your roles and responsibilities have shaped how you show up

  • The beliefs that keep you over-functioning or overextending

  • Your relationship to boundaries, needs, and self-worth

  • How to begin making changes in a way that feels realistic and sustainable

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating a deeper understanding of yourself and building capacity for something different.

Format:

  • Individual counselling (50-minute sessions)

  • In-person in Fernie, BC

  • Virtual sessions available across British Columbia

Approach:

  • Trauma-informed

  • Relational, non-judgmental, authentic

  • Integrates ACT, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches

Session Fee: $170 per 50-minute session

Payment is due at the end of each session.

Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement.

Please check with your provider to confirm coverage for

RCC or CCC services.

The best place to start is with a free 15-minute consultation.

This gives us a chance to briefly connect, talk about what’s bringing you in, and see if it feels like a good fit.

It’s completely okay to feel unsure. Finding the right counsellor matters.

If you’d like, we can use the consultation to talk through what you’re looking for—even if that means helping you find a better fit elsewhere.
